Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
- Orders placed on Base2Peak.com are posted by our carriers on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays)
- Orders placed for in stock items are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
(Business days exclude weekends and any delays due to holidays or closures)
Shipping Fees:
- Ground Shipping (3-10 Business days) $10
- 2 Day (2-3 Business days) $15
- Priority Overnight (1-2 Business days) $42
Address Changes and/or Cancellations:
We cannot guarantee a change of address is possible after your order has been placed. Our team will do our best to work with our partners to assist with this. To this end, we are not responsible for issues related to incorrect addresses entered at the time of purchase.
Hotels and Temporary Residences:
We discourage shipping to Hotels, rental properties. It’s best to place your order to your home where you frequently and reliably receive packages. As a result any orders shipped to hotels and temporary destinations cannot be refunded if they are lost in the delivery process.
Stolen or Undeliverable Orders:
Once delivery is confirmed by the carrier, the order cannot be re-shipped or refunded. Base2Peak is not responsible for packages that are stolen from the confirmed delivery location. The security of the delivery destination is the sole responsibility of the buyer. It is recommended to ship to an alternate address if you do not have a secure residential address.
Returns:
We hope you love your purchase from Base 2 Peak! However, if for any reason you're not satisfied, we will happily refund you. Please note, the original shipping fee is non-refundable on returns and a flat fee of $10 will be deducted from your return.
All items must be in unused, unwashed condition and not modified in any way. The request for return must be within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned products must be free from marks or stains, including foundation stains or deodorant marks.
It may take up to 14 days for us to receive your return. Once your return has been received, we will inspect the returned product(s) and providing the order has met our Return Policy, we will process your return request, which may take up to 14 days from our receipt of your returned products. We will send you an email notification once your refund has been processed.
If an item is marked as “Final Sale” on the product page, the item is not returnable.
Return Instructions:
- Email returns@base2peak.com to request a return label. In the email, please include the following:
- Order number
- Email used for the order
- The item(s) you're returning
- Optional: why you're returning them
- Send your parcel at the drop-off point instructed
Important information: Refund times may take up to 10 working days from posting. Exchanges are not granted at this time - only return and purchase.
